We want you to love your new wig, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original ship date.

Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGE orders are shipped to you free of charge (excluding the cost of rush service), however, we do not cover return shipping costs.

REFUNDS , we refund only the purchase price of the refunded item; we cannot refund shipping, processing insurance charges on refunded orders. If you return one of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Upon receipt, all exchanges and refunds are processed and shipped within 7 business days. However, check refunds may take up to 21 days to process. Please allow up to 4 weeks total for turnaround.
