Shipping and processing costs for orders placed on PaulaYoung.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. The fee for shipping & processing applies to your complete order, even if an item is back ordered and multiple shipments are required.

Standard Delivery: (United States)

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Rush Delivery*:
Add $9.99 to your standard shipping charge.
Allow 3-4 business days for delivery.
*Only available in the continental United States.
*Not available on Drop Ship Items.

Overnight Delivery:
Add $22.99 to your standard shipping charge.
Available Monday - Friday. If your order is placed prior to 10:30 a.m. (EST) your item(s) will ship that day and arrive on the following business day. Cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Not available on drop ship items.

International Orders:
Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties and/or taxes upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Delivery:
$45 for 1 item
$10 for each additional item

All shipments outside of the continental United States and Canada are sent via FedEx 2-3 day International Service.
*Drop Ship Items ship 8-11 business days.

Canadian Residents:
$19.99, regardless of number of items.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Canadian Tax Rates:
- Residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Ontario and Labrador, add HST 13%.
