Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached, as per the guidelines below. If you choose to use the convenient SmartLabel® shipping label included with your order, $7.99 will be deducted from your exchange or return (U.S. orders only).

Paula Young Exchanges:
  • Within 60 days,* items may be exchanged and are shipped free of charge, excluding rush service fees. SmartLabel® fee of $7.99 will be deducted, if applicable.

Paula Young Exchange Procedure:
1. Fill out the Exchange/Return Form that was included in your package.
2. Put your completed Exchange/Return Form and the item you are exchanging into your package.
3. Affix the provided SmartLabel® to the OUTSIDE of your package. OR write one of the following addresses on the OUTSIDE of your package and pay for shipping.

4. Drop off your package with your preferred shipper for delivery. For added security, we recommend that you insure your package and get a tracking number.

Paula Young Returns:
  • Within 30 days,* items may be returned for a refund, minus shipping and processing fees. SmartLabel® fee of $7.99 will be deducted, if applicable.

  • Within 31-60 days,* items may be returned for a refund, minus a $19 restocking fee (per item), and shipping and processing fees. SmartLabel® fee of $7.99 will be deducted, if applicable.

Paula Young Returns Procedure:

2. Put your completed Exchange/Return Form and the item you are returning into your package.

• All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Those items not in pristine condition will be discarded with no exchange or refund applied.
• All original packaging must accompany your exchange or return (including hair net, tags, tissue paper, and inserts).
• Pristine items received after time period guidelines will be DONATED TO CHARITY on your behalf, with no exchange or refund applied.
• Clearance and Final Sale items CANNOT be exchanged or returned. Any returned Clearance and Final Sale items will be DONATED TO CHARITY on your behalf, with no exchange or refund applied.
• Wig accessories (such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings) are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
• Discount/Special Offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.
• WIGSHOP™ and Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) items are for exchange only.

Please Note:
Exchanges and refunds are normally processed within 3 business days of receipt. Check refunds may take up to 21 business days to process. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

DROP SHIP EXCHANGES & RETURNS
"Drop Ship" items ship directly from a third-party manufacturer, not from our warehouse. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Drop Ship purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached, as per the guidelines below. Drop Ship items are identified as such online. The statement "This is a drop ship item" appears at the top of individual Drop Ship product pages.

Drop Ship Exchanges:
  • Within 21 days,* items may be exchanged and are shipped for free. To receive a FREE one-time exchange, follow the steps outlined below. Failure to supply the Exchange Authorization Number will incur a 20% restocking fee. SmartLabel® fee of $7.99 will be deducted, if applicable.

Drop Ship Exchange Procedure:
1. Fill out the EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM on our website. If the exchange request is accepted, you will be contacted via email with an Exchange Authorization Number.
2. Write the provided Exchange Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of your package and on the Exchange/Return Form.
3. Put your completed Exchange/Return Form and the item you are exchanging into your package.
4. Affix the provided SmartLabel® to the OUTSIDE of your package. OR refer to the return address on your packing slip and write that address on the OUTSIDE of your package and pay for shipping.
5. Drop off your package with your preferred shipper for delivery. For added security, we recommend that you insure your package and get a tracking number.

Drop Ship Returns:
Within 21 days,* items may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and processing fees. All returns (including refused packages) will incur a 20% restocking fee. SmartLabel® fee of $7.99 will be deducted, if applicable.

1. Fill out the Exchange/Return Form that is on the back of the packing slip that came with your original package.
2. Put your completed Exchange/Return Form and the item you are returning into your package.
3. Affix the provided SmartLabel® to the OUTSIDE of your package. OR refer to the return address on your packing slip and write that address on the OUTSIDE of your package and pay for shipping.
